My vision
Two decades of experience dedicated to the research and study of the three world most famous cuisines, Mexican, Italian and Latin American, have granted me a remarkable asset with a unique level of inventiveness and respect for history and tradition during the creation of my new recipes. A multicultural work environment has offered me the ability to study and learn the basics of traditional flavors, giving me the guidelines for the production of premium dishes while ensuring that each product stays true to the authentic flavors, preparations, and traditions. My last five years of research have been focused in the creation of traditional cuisine products to be safely commercialized and prepared inside a store unit. The application of my continuous training program in each store unit, have been a guarantee of success to create productive and independent team units.
